Melbourne-based. Australian-led. Globally capable.
Above Complexity.
Beyond Possibility.
Celestique Cloud helps organisations modernise legacy systems, build secure cloud foundations, activate trusted data and deliver practical AI solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS. Every engagement begins with the business outcome, expected return and risks that must be controlled.
How we work
Secure foundations for intelligent business.
Five principles shape every engagement, from the first assessment through to the day we are still operating the environment.
- Infrastructure ready
- Secure, scalable foundations for modern applications, data and AI.
- Security first
- Identity, governance and protection embedded from the beginning.
- Data driven
- Trusted, governed data connected to decisions.
- AI ready
- Practical AI built on the right architecture and controls.
- ROI focused
- Measurable value and success criteria agreed before implementation.
Business-first AI
AI should earn its place in your business.
We begin with the process, cost, risk or opportunity that matters. We then determine whether AI, automation, data engineering, cloud modernisation or a simpler solution is the right response.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a workflow needs fixing before a model is worth training, or that a reporting problem is really a data-quality problem. Saying so early costs less than discovering it after a build.
Services
Six connected capabilities, delivered on Azure or AWS.
Each domain has a shared approach and a platform-specific path. We recommend the platform after the assessment, not before it.
Artificial Intelligence
Practical AI with a business case, controls and human oversight.
Data and Analytics
Trusted, governed data connected to decisions.
Cloud Modernisation
Modernise ageing systems and establish a cloud operating model.
Security and Governance
Identity, protection and governance embedded from the start.
Platform Engineering and IaC
Repeatable delivery through pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Managed Services
Delivery is the beginning, not the end.
Azure and AWS
The right cloud for the right business context.
We are not a reseller, so we have no reason to prefer one platform. Before recommending Azure, AWS or a hybrid architecture, we assess six things.
- Existing investment
- Licensing already held, agreements in place and platforms your teams have committed to.
- Team skills
- What your people can operate confidently today, and what they would need to learn.
- Workload characteristics
- How the application behaves, what it integrates with and what it cannot tolerate.
- Data gravity
- Where the data already lives, how much of it moves and what governs it.
- Risk position
- Regulatory obligations, security requirements and the failure modes you must avoid.
- Commercial objectives
- The cost profile, contract terms and time horizon the business is planning against.
The recommendation is written down with its reasoning, so you can challenge it. If the right answer is to stay where you are and fix something else first, we will say that.
Delivery journey
Discover, Assess, Design, Build, Adopt, Operate.
A sequence with a decision point at every stage. You can stop, change direction or take the work in-house at any of them.
- 01
Discover
Understand the business challenge, its cost and who it affects.
- 02
Assess
Review the current state, readiness, risk and commercial case.
- 03
Design
Shape the architecture, controls and success criteria.
- 04
Build
Implement in increments with evidence at every stage.
- 05
Adopt
Enable the people who use it and prove the outcome.
- 06
Operate
Run, monitor and improve the environment after go-live.
Managed services
Delivery is the beginning, not the end.
Most value is lost after go-live, when nobody owns the environment. We stay accountable for what we build.
- Platform and infrastructure monitoring
- Application and integration support
- Data pipeline monitoring and recovery
- AI evaluation and output monitoring
- Security posture improvement
- Cloud cost optimisation
- Backup and resilience oversight
- Incident coordination and root-cause review
- Monthly reporting and continuous improvement
Service levels, hours of coverage and reporting cadence are agreed per engagement and written into the service description.
Industries
Sector context changes the answer.
The same technology produces different results depending on how a business actually runs. These are the sectors where we do our deepest work.
Construction and Property
Tender intelligence, addenda tracking and project reporting.
Manufacturing and Distribution
Demand and inventory intelligence, production analytics, ERP integration.
Logistics and Warehousing
Shipment and document automation, exception dashboards, warehouse analytics.
Professional Services
Governed enterprise search, document intelligence and secure copilots.
Healthcare and Community Services
Administrative automation, policy search, governance and privacy uplift.
Free discovery workshop
Start with clarity, not commitment.
A working session, not a sales presentation. You leave with something useful whether or not we work together.
- One process or technology challenge, examined properly
- A structured current-state discussion with the people who do the work
- An initial opportunity map across AI, data, cloud and automation
- A high-level readiness and risk review
- An initial ROI hypothesis you can test internally
- A recommended next step, whether or not it involves us
Complimentary workshops are subject to availability, qualification and an appropriate business use case.
Book a Free Discovery WorkshopOur story
A shared dream, built from Melbourne.
Celestique Cloud began with a shared belief among three founders: advanced technology should remove complexity rather than create more of it.
They had watched organisations buy isolated tools, migrate without an operating model, collect data without making it useful, and experiment with AI before establishing the security, governance or business case that responsible adoption requires. Celestique Cloud was formed to work the other way around.
