This website is operated by Celestique Cloud, based at 16 Creek Road, Mitcham VIC 3132, Australia. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Use of this website

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own information. You must not:

• use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its hosting environment or any connected system;
• submit content through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary search engine indexing;

The Celestique Cloud name, logo, tagline, page designs, original illustrations and written content on this site belong to Celestique Cloud or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Amazon Web Services, AWS, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker and related names and icons are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

These marks appear on this site solely to identify the technologies we work with, in the technology reference sections of our service pages. Their use does not indicate partnership, certification, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by Microsoft, Amazon Web Services or any other vendor. Icons are reproduced unmodified from the vendors’ own published icon libraries and are served from this site rather than linked from theirs.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, including vendor documentation cited in our articles, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, with its drafting or effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Open items for legal review.Clause 8 needs a practitioner to confirm the liability position and the Australian Consumer Law carve-out. Clause 4 should be checked against any licence terms attaching to third-party fonts or libraries used in the build. Clause 5 should be reviewed against the current Microsoft and AWS trademark and icon usage guidelines, which are recorded in the project’s asset licence register.
